Seems like this is a temporary thing Arc. I've seen more people on here having trouble with this. One of the workarounds available at the moment is to open a window in your browser on your device and to go to king.com There you should select the game and tap on the option to download it. I think it's not guaranteed to work…

I think more people had this, check this https://care.king.com/en/farm-heroes-saga/can-not-play-treasure-mill on here. Keep an eye out for updates for the game. I'm pretty sure they'll fix this if it's a bug.

It still works for me. Try clearing cache on your PC. Maybe do a restart too. I think Google Chrome is the best browser to use in general and for game play. You can also give it a try on King.com

Is it working for you both now? Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Personally, I think Google Chrome is the best browser to play in. You can also try to play in incognito mode and see if that works. Close other programs and tabs before playing; that can help too. You can also try to rescue pets on www.king.com
