  • You lost your King.com password Jess? Check the spam folder in your email and if it's not there, copy the link into a new window in Google Chrome. You can also try the incognito mode I think.

  • Have you tried copying the link and pasting it in a Google Chrome browser window? You could also try this in an incognito window. Keep an eye out on your email's spam folder too; I think it sometimes can end up there.

  • What level are you on about? The striped lollipop normally gets rid of a row and a column. As far as I know, there's not one single booster that guarantees you access to the next level in any of their games.

  • I think that the first step should be to clear cache on your PC and to do a restart. Second, I'd go for Google Chrome as a browser. I just tested the game on my Facebook on Google Chrome and it loaded (slow, but I could play as normal once opened).
