Did you clear cache on your PC? Do a restart too. Try different browsers. I generally stick with Google Chrome. I believe you can also rescue pets on King.com

True, the first generation iPad isn't supported anymore. Where do you get those offers from? Do you have any link or can you upload a screenshot? I'd only go for trustworthy stuff from the makers of the games itself and nothing else. I think what you describe sounds dodgy and unlike King.

True, I've also seen more people talking about that on here. Personally I'm not using Windows 10 just yet, those messages about these problems being the main reason for that. Have you tried to play both while using Google Chrome as your browser?

Hi Anca, sounds like you did pretty much everything that I would recommend you to do, being an Android user myself. Let's try something else: open a browser window and go to King.com. Select Farm Heroes Saga there and see if it opens then.
