Hi Annie, Sounds normal to me. Levels and Gold Bars do synchronize between devices in their games, but lives and boosters don't. For example if you win boosters playing on your mobile, you can only use those in your game on your mobile and you won't have these on your tablet.

Hi Colleen, It shouldn't be doing that! Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Use Google Chrome as a browser for your game play and close all other programs and tabs. Let me know if it keeps freezing!

Hi Christine, Have you tried to play this level on PC, either on your Facebook or on your King.com? You can synchronize your progress between your mobile and your PC. Don't give up and give it a try. Some of my friends passed this level on PC.

Hi Amy333, Do a restart on your iPhone 6 and check for updates for your iPhone 6 and all your installed apps. Make sure you are properly connected either to your Kingdom or your Facebook account. Be aware too that messages do not synchronize between devices.

Hi Brett, I'd say there are no correct ways, but different ways ;-) Levels and requisitions can vary depending on the device; the videos you have seen are from the level as it is on PC.
