Hi Diane, What are you playing on? If this is on PC, clear cache and do a restart. Try another browser too, I'd go for Google Chrome. On mobile or tablet, check for updates for both your device and all your apps. Do a restart too.

Hi bernchye, Sounds like you have an issue on your PC? Mine has been loading and working fine, these past days too. Clear cache on your PC and in your browser, do a restart too. Try playing in another browser. Personally, my favorite is Google Chrome.

Hi Jolong, I came across this thread here on the site https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/candy-crush-saga-level-1293 I also read that some people passed this level easier on Facebook or King.com (PC), so try that instead of mobile. Tehn just synchronize your game progress and that's it.

Hi Sue, Is this on mobile or PC? Try both and play this level where you can. Then simply synchronize your progress through your Facebook and play on where you prefer to play (PC, mobile, tablet)
