On November 7, I lost all my boosters and would like to know how to restore them.

On November 7 I lost all my boosters and would like to know how to restore them. If this is a programming issue it needs to be corrected and the items restored to each user. I have had this happen a few times but this time I lost a large number of items and have not been able to get any back. This may result in the loss of players if it is not corrected.

I don't believe it's a programming issue. I'd rather say we shouldn't be saving up so many boosters, but use them instead if we don't want to lose them all. My gold dissaperad
I had around 500 gold before i logged in with Apple then all the gold dissaperad. Pelase help

I logged out and then logged in again in the game but after logging in all the lives which I received from my friends have been disappeared also when I am clicking on that envelope icon to see lives it's not opening anything

How to play on my laptop
I used to be able to play candy crush on my laptop by going in through Facebook. Now it takes me to a website and I can't figure out how to play except on my phone or iPad on the app. Can someone tell me if it is possible to play on my laptop or desktop?
