  • Hi Andrew, Double check you have all updates installed for your iPhone 5S and all our apps. Do a restart too. Make sure you connect properly to either your Kingdom or your Facebook account from within the game app, so you assure that your progress is synchronized. If this remains the same, could you add a screenshot?

  • Hahaha Elaine, That's a good one and I agree, life on the farm can be tough indeed. I must say though that I just played on my PC through Facebook and it maybe took a little while to load, but worked smoothly in the end. Have you tried playing in another browser? Personally I'd go for Google Chrome. Clear cache on your PC…

  • Hi Sue1988, Did you recently reinstall the app or did you install an update? I'd recommend you not to save too many free boosters as those are saved in temporary files and can get overwritten. Use and enjoy them instead in your every day game ;-) (I learned my lesson)

  • Hi Ehtasham, I'd go for Google Chrome when playing on PC. I know this doesn't answer your question regarding Windows 10, but it's what I use myself on PC and I hardly ever have an issue with my game-play in Chrome.

  • Hi Milavk, This is a time related feature; it all depends on how long you remain the throne. You receive gold bars for every five minutes that you have it until you get dethroned.
