Hi @PrettyBubbles I received a message from support saying the problem had been fixed in the latest release. It hasn't solved anything the white screen is still there.

This is happening for me as well. It's an intermittent problem and will eventually load the game after multiple tries.

My game is at the latest version. This has happened twice over a period time so the game has been restarted lots if times. I think this is a bug in the game.

I have the exact same problem as well. This happens preodicaly, it's about the fourth time for me. There doesn't seem to be any quick fix. It will be fixed when a new game update is released.

Everything is ok with my game. Every week I isually recive the new levels but sometimes I don't get them. This is a technical problem with the game.
