Are you using Apple IOS or Android device? If Android device update device, go to settings, game app clean cache, sign out restart device. If IOS Apple device, Go to App Store click on app go to support and go from there. FYI Connectivity issues, have you checked to see if there's network update available? Or try resetting…

Hello, This can be frustrating, have you checked to see if you need a system game update? Trying updating, if updated , trying signing out and power device completely off, power back on, sign in.
