Hello, This can be frustrating, have you checked to see if you need a system game update?
Trying updating, if updated , trying signing out and power device completely off, power back on, sign in.
If still no change, try going into your apps and emptying your cache for the app.

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
