  • Hi. Thanks for the response. I have tried restarting the game and my device several times without success. Since this is clearly a game/app glitch, it needs to be addressed and fixed on your side. As for the refund, it’s truly unacceptable that it cannot happen since, again, it’s a game/app problem. Very disappointing!
