I didn't have any progress since I just downloaded it for the first time on my new phone. That's why I'm trying to connect my facebook account since I've played it before and already have progress saved there. Yes, my information is the same and matches.

I have now: logged out of Facebook. Deleted both the Facebook and the BW3 app. Turned off my phone (an iPhone 11 by the way). Waited 15 seconds. Turned it on, logged back in to Facebook. Tried to connect the game via my FB account. And it still does the exact same loop. : (

I come back to this screen and the process starts over...
