Can somebody explain why when I went to play pet rescue saga the page is there yet after clicking Play game (as no longer on my shortcuts ) it was unable to be found at all ?? my browser is up to date as recently just had an update, tried other browsers, still same meaning I will miss the daily login and end up losing log…

Thank you, I have sent a message to the support already and though I understand they can not reinstate the log-in, due to it not being a player's fault they missed it compensation would be a good gesture from them.

Thank you for replying , could you maybe make it so we do not lose out log in bonus or at least compensate us for this as we get sent back to log in 1 due to it .

Hi i'm having the same problem here ,i go on the game and within seconds it pops up saying content unavailable , you can close the pop up but it keeps coming back every couple of mins ,it worked fine yesterday and my browser and laptop are all up to date , cache cleared too so iv'e checked all things my end ,is it possible…

I have contacted facebook and to be fair ,the bot in the contact us message does not give an option to report this issue so could not actually do anything other than post here ,i do not "clog "them either so no need to get funny and disrespectful ,i posted here as this was the only way to report it and seeing as it took…

I can not play on other things as my device is not compatible with the game ,i also think it is not just on laptop either by sounds of it people are on phones having issues too so maybe it is not facebook alone but an issue with the game itself ?

Same happening here ,game not loading up ,stuck on the opening screen where it shows the piglet ,puppy ,squirrel and the name of the game ,i'm playing through facebook on my laptop ,tried usual things ,clear cache and tried different browser but not loading

Is this company kidding around ,same issue AGAIN !! seriously get this issue sorted ,i know there was a fault as i got an email stating they knew it was problem on games side ..still not fixed though despite having a week to sort it out

I have never had problems with the games except once in about 5 years and that was bubble witch saga , i do not have firefox , i used to have it and found it caused many issues with facebook itself and lagged a lot ,google however has not caused issues ,i tried using microsoft edge as i stated above but it still happened…

may i also add ,that you can not log out of a game through facebook on a laptop ,you either go on and play then after you decide to stop playing you just come off ,and it automatically saves. I log out of facebook whenever i need too i never leave myself logged in ,i clear caches often , my laptop is up to date ,so please…

Lynette i have cleared the cache ,tons of times as i stated , i have an updated system on my laptop ,updated browser the works ,i have logged out as i obviously go to bed , it still happens , i logged out last night ,logged on to facebook today and it is still happening , i tried another browser as i usually use google…

So i contacted someone when this first started ,reported it and then again yesterday ,still it carries on ,so i decided to contact them again to find they are active ,meaning online yet not even bothering to look at the question or answer ,this is obvious to me that they do not care if it is broken or not as to literally…

Any chance this is going to be fixed before the game finishes or are we expected to just give up ? I honestly hope that all of us get some sort of reward given to us for having to put up with this problem and that by next friday it has been resolved so we can play it properly .

I totally agree ,after playing ,completing up to certain points ,it gives out rewards ,then resets to the start ,time reward gone ,no gold bars only certain boosters if lucky and it keeps on doing this ,mine has been doing it since yesterday (Friday 12th ) ,reported ,got told lots of things ,told them ,nope all up to date…
