my collecting blue candy top that event is gone for no reason. I restart the app and it didn’t work, how can I have it back, please let me know

Thank you for replying! I did see the event today and it disappeared after I returned to the game. I won two levels which have blue candy as you suggested, but the “top that” event is still not showing up, what else can I do?

I just found out that my speed up button missing after i updated. the move is too slow! how can i get it back?? please help and there is no more competition with random people to get ufo, i need it !
