• I don’t have friends for the social game but I have teammates. I liked it better when I could ask teammates for lives. Anyway I can get back to playing that way?

• It happened to me also. Only when the tree is waking up and I’m about to get spells. The only option is to close it out and restart then you don’t get your reward . It hasn’t happened in a while though

• I’ve never had a problem getting hats until recently. It never lets me get hat #3. I’ll either get #2 again or go back to hat # 1.
