The problem has been there for a long time. It's the embedded browser in the Windows MS App that is causing the problem. It has nothing to do with your standalone browser. I have all the 3 listed browsers installed and up-to-date but still facing the same problem. Is King not aware of this problem? It should be an easy…
It's a known problem for a long time. I wonder why King just refuse to fix it. I think it's the embedded browser in the app that's not supported by Facebook. I logout from the app in September but can't login again until today due to the exact same problem.
I am sure there are many players like you losing the Episode Race win streak through no fault of their own. If I am not mistaken, you must have stopped playing in the midst of an episode thinking that there was no Episode Race. I think this is probably a marketing trick. Just like what I see on the online…
Apart from the avatar issue, the other problem is the missing names for some of my friends. Their names used to there but not anymore. There were times I received a live or a request for live that came without avatar and name. Anywhere, I just accept the request without knowing who it's from.
You should provide more details and some screenshots may be helpful. My guess is you are trying to login to the App installed from Microsoft Store. Many players are also having problem to login this Windows App including me.
Yes, it's not fair to lose your Champion Race win streak when the problem was due to the system glitch. I was also playing halfway when I noticed the missing epidsode race. Luckily, I checked the app on my phone and saw that the race had already started. So, I completed the episode and claimed the rewards on the other…
He wasn't using a phone. He was playing on a computer with the app installed from Microsoft Store. Anyway, it's now clear that the problem was on King's side.
