    There is *no* way that be a bug; candies fall to their places and that's no problem... I guess?

    Looks like I will play 178 to see if it indeed happens...

    @renatoan is see this happening occasionally in all games at times. It will usually correct itself while playing or you can restart the level.

    What I mean is that you should use the "Support" category to report game issues and unknown bugs. "Discussions" is for stuff that is considered useful when playing. I never said anybody to delete a certain message; I'm not @QueenMia and she is the Community Manager here. She is who deletes rude messages, not me. And welcome to the Candy Crush Friends community!

    @renatoan - I have moved your thread to the Support section, therefore no need to delete nor repost :) 
    Regarding your issue, I would suggest you to clear cache and cookies on your phone and make sure you have the latest App Version. That usually helps! There are some extra troubleshooting steps here as well to follow in case the first option does not work.

    Maybe your game wasn't fully loaded or there could have been a weak Internet connection. .......by the way that's not a bug at all.........In my device it's fine.......
