sadly I'm playing this game for years. I'm at 17xx level  and i decide to connect to my Facebook account to save my progress. sadly after the sync all the progres is deleted.  please help

    Hi @aliammar Welcome to the Candy Crush Friends Community :)

    Our levels don't go as high as that yet so I think you mean a different game.  You can select your game by clicking on the Games link in the top left corner. 
    Troubleshooting for lost progress is the same tho.  Please see this FAQ for instructions on restoring progress.

    Hello,Im currently having a problem with candy crush friends I was on level 567 and it completely erased all of my progress is there something you guys can do to fix it?
