Level 431 keeps freezing. It won't let me play the top of the board and freezes (FIXED)

I have the same problem. Finished 431 three times, wasted extra moves.. Still freezes. Fix it!

Hope it's fixed soon 😞

It starts in reverse. It skips the top of the playing field but doesn’t fill it with jelly. So if you finish the bottom of the playing field it just freezes, your stuck.

Same problem here...and it freezes after covering all in jelly...and there's not 87 blocks for sure...so i'm kinda stuck...and gonna miss the unicorn event...noooo

I did update and nothing. Same issue.

Update the app. I got email saying they have fixed the kssue. I am now able to play it

I’m having the same issue. Level starts from the bottom. The level should start from the top. Fix please.

Hello and welcome to the best gaming social site @Irishdancer and @candi2588, I suggest you take screenshots of your level progress and any gold you have right now for safety sake.. then clear your cookies and cache then try a reboot of the app, this should fix your issue. This level won't let you play the whole broad. I have restarted, reinstalled, and everything and nothing is working. It's level 431

I'm having the same issue. Starts from bottom of the game board, then freezes when after jams are filled in. Cant play the top of the game.

431 won't play right, keep losing turns after one play and freezes and can't finish game. It starts at bottom and won't play the top part.

I am in the same boat! Lives wasted as board starts from the bottom. I clear the whole lower level and the app freezes.
