Not enough stickers to unlock recommended character

I have reached level 320 but the characters recommended to play that level doesn't have enough stickers because of which I m not able to play that level n it's very annoying this is the 1st time it happened like dis.. Pls solve my prblm otherwise I'll have to uninstall the game and I don't think you guys would like to loose a member..

Hi again @aayush - Good news! The Team has been able to fix this for you. Please make sure you connect your device to internet, force close and open the game again, to unlock Misty and be able to play the level

But when will u guys solve my prblm it has been more than 3 weeks but have not got any solution.. the best u can do is pls unlock my all characters because I had unlocked aap of them earlier i lost them.just after updating the game u can check my earlier game progress..

This is my scrapbook n from the locked characters all of them had been unlocked but updating the game made me loose my characters.. pls help me

I had received all the characters but once I updated the game n lost some of the characters n i have always completed all the quests successfully but updating the game was worst 4 me.. I lost my characters n now am.not able to play the game further.. game authority memeners u have to do something so that I sab play further without any prblm.. I m looking my patiences now.. if in next 2 days my prblm is not solved then I'll delete this game n even another game from same developer.. it's very ridiculous..

OMG - I don't know how to react to all the comments so far. Frankly speaking I'm really shocked and surprised by the suggestions. On level 320 @aayush has only 2 character options but unfortunately both of them are unlocked. Why should he uninstall or clear cache or cookies which is ridiculous. By doing this is he going to collect the stickers ??
@aayush I think you must be the only player in the whole world who has reached level 320 and yet not unlocked these 2 characters which is very surprising as you need only 100 stickers to own them. Stickers can be collected from Level rewards (2 to 3 in each episode), Mystery box (1 in each episode), Map reward (1 for every episode), Daily reward and finally Daily quests ( 3 boxes every day). If any player completes all 3 daily quests 10 days in a row without clearing any new level than too he will be able to own all 6 base characters easily. I'm sure you are not completing the daily quests. Have you reached level 319 with just Tiffi and Yeti ?? In case you need any more clarifications don't hesitate to ask me and I will clarify on that.

It has been so many days and it's really very annoying.. Pls do something asap

Hi @aayush - you accomplish this by completely logging out of your King acct and then back in therefore causing the game to force load from fresh. May sound simple but not everyone understands how to do this.

If you have already done this then next step is to confirm your user id and type of device you are using and we will have a Superstar or @QueenMia forward to the studio and they can look into further.

Hi @aayush - okay and did you try clearing the cache and cookies like QueenMia suggested? Once you do that log out and in of the game to try and get it to force load.

Hi @aayush you don’t have to go with the recommendation characters to beat certain level all the time, because there’s always other 2 options characters that you can choose, if I’m not mistaken level 320 is the one that you have to spread the jam, so I suggest to try to beat it with Tiffi instead

Mystical.. U said that I should use tiffi but that option is not available the characters which are available to play that level both don't have enough stickers and I can't even switch to any other character..

I just have 2 options for this level n both the characters don't have enough stickers so now what should I do?

hi @aayush hmmm... that’s interesting 🤔 do you have any booster or hammers saving on your game ? and do you connect your game to Facebook or King account ?

I think i dont uave any hammer but i m alwayas connected to facebook

you might want to reinstall the app as long you log back in to your Facebook account, your progress will be safe, hopefully they give different option character to choose to play

Adding to what @mysticalmysty said above, make sure you use all of your boosters and/or gifted lives before logging out, as they will be lost during this process.

I log in / out FB on CC Friends all the time to force synchronization of my progress between Android / Win 10. Whilst the boosters and lives are stored locally in each platform, I have never lost booster due to logging out of my FB acct on CC Friends.

@flew66 if you just log in and out you won’t lose any of gift or booster, but if you reinstall it you will lose your gift or booster. ( by doing so you will get 5 lives back on your game and reset your daily quests ).

@aayush - what level is that in regards to? I’ve noticed that characters can rotate every time you close in and out of the game. Might be only 2 for certain levels but you should always have at least an option of two if you’ve earned enough costumes. Good luck 💪🏻

Thank u all but I reinstalled the game n I lost a bit of my progress now when I reach that level I'll know whether my prblm has been solved or not..

Hey @aayush - You should always have the option to play with Tiffi or Yeti... Please clear cache and cookies from your device as well as make sure you have the latest game update, that usually help solve issues like that. If not, please share a screenshot of it and we'll investigate (also let us know what device you're using).

Hi @aayush - are you getting the daily reward quests? Every time you complete one it will get you closer to collecting costumes you don’t have yet.

you might have to go back to some of the levels below 320 and try and complete those rewards to get an additional costume.

@QueenMia - I believe it’s possivle for a player not to have obtained the minimum # of stickers to unlock the base Misty and Odus if they haven’t collected enough stars or daily rewards along the way correct?

I have always collected all my daily rewards n played all d levels very well

If you look in the situation on picture before.png, and move the "bubble gum bubble" in the right upper corner to destroy the "bubble gum cell", because the lower cells are still not free it results in the situation on the picture after.png…
