Lost boosters
Dear all, I barely passed a hard level(as I thought) and I have spent two candies to blow up candy for it. I had to quit from the game cuz of phone call and then I wanted to check the new level so it showed me exactly the same level. It wasn't counted! It happened several times before.this is not fair Shame on you

Hi @Foxzz and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am sorry this happened to you. As far as I can understand from your message, it is not a game issue, it's probably an issue with your RAM memory. Which device do you use and which OS? Some older OSs have problems with organizing their RAM memory and when you switch from one app to another they just reload and start from the beginning. I had that problem with my old phone when I was using Android 7.0.
I will ask you to clear the cache and cookies and then check if you have more than 2GB of free memory cause it's required for game to run smoothly. It might refresh your game but if your OS has that problem it will probably happen again.
