Can’t login to Friends

I recently got a new phone and I can’t login to friends. It let me do a password reset but when I enter it to login it’s telling me it’s the wrong combination? Am I locked out after too many tries?

Hi @JadeVietStar welcome our candylicious community. if for some reason you are forget your login password, as long you still remember the email address that you use to login before, you can just easily click on ‘ forget your password’ button and they’ll send you the link to setting a new password thru your email then go from there, good luck and keep on crushin’

I did that using my email... and did the reset link for password and changed it....still won’t work🙈😴

Maybe you should try to delete your app, clear the cache and completely turn your phone off for a few minute, then turn back on, and reinstall your app..and make sure you have updated version of your software, let me know if it work
