Why does Level 572 keep freezing?

Level 2

This has happened now 4 times and I keep loosing my lives. The game play area freezes but everything else works. I have done all the trouble shooting please fix.

    @Foley1362 my user id is 9964603774 and I have a Samsung S8+ android version 8.0.0.. I have rebooted the device multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it didn work. I eventually got past the level as the freezing would not happen on every life.

    Hi @Zola thank you for additional info and I am relieved you were able to get past the level. Has the issue occurred again since? Just need to know if this is an ongoing issue for you or perhaps isolated to the one level.

    @Foley1362 It has occurred to me 1 other time but I cannot remember what level. This level it  happend 3 times.
