I was up to 260 on Candy Crush Friends and then it went back to level 1. Help!

Question

I was at level 260 and then next time I played it went back to level 1.  What can I do to correct this problem?  Thank you.  Love this game.

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress!!  But, you do no have to worry... there are few articles  given by the Community Team for our convenience.  So. here is a link to get your level progress back

If you click on the link that I attached to my respond before this, you can find how important to synchronize your game to either King account or Facebook to save your progress Incase something happened.

I guess I do not understand your question.  I don't think that I synchronized it to anything.  I answered the privacy part and read everything and pressed that I understood the privacy part.  I then joined the King site and when I went back to play it was on level 1.
