I was up to 260 on Candy Crush Friends and then it went back to level 1. Help!

I was at level 260 and then next time I played it went back to level 1.  What can I do to correct this problem?  Thank you.  Love this game.

I guess I do not understand your question.  I don't think that I synchronized it to anything.  I answered the privacy part and read everything and pressed that I understood the privacy part.  I then joined the King site and when I went back to play it was on level 1.

If you click on the link that I attached to my respond before this, you can find how important to synchronize your game to either King account or Facebook to save your progress Incase something happened.
