    I would like to make sure that you are asking for "Candy Crush Friends" game as you have posted in this section!

    Can you please clarify whether -- (a) you would like to "Transfer" the game progress from one Facebook Account to another Facebook account?
    or (b) You would like to Switch to a Kingdom account instead of a Facebook account to o play the game!!

    Hi @Anurag welcome to our friendly community. If you do t want to store game progress via FB and/or switch you will need to make sure you have a King profile instead! However I am tagging a couple Superstars below to confirm. Do NOT proceed until one of them confirms please 🙏🏻

    @firebombmarkus or @Pummy_Raj can you please confirm for this player if he/she can change FB accounts so long as their progress is saved via a King profile instead?

    You will not be able to do that on your own as accounts are not transferable. Please contact Customer Care to see if they can assist you here

    Sorry for the multiple posts @Pummy_Raj and @JustPlaying. I tried to answer earlier but it gave me a weird error message saying my comment had to be approved first.
