I don't have the costumes of the characters

I do not have the costumes of the characters that are earned by spending 5 levels, despite having passed many more do not appear.

Um @Tere-2 what do you mean have to spend 5 levels to get costume? By the way my character screen doesn't have those icons below character portrait how did you get that?

Hi @Tere-2   Welcome to our community. From what I can understand on your statement you have 2 accounts, and you get  the challenge in one account and not on the other account, am I correct ? Here’s the thing, the  silver, gold and rainbow upgrade costume challenge is A / B testing, therefore not every player / account get it ( including myself ). Have a lovely day and keep on crushin’

Hello @Tere-2 may I ask what you mean by "you don't have that account yet"? Is it your account or maybe a friends account?

Also I believe this testing is done on a random basis, and it's primary function is to test trial features in a small focus group to determine if said features should be released to everyone. Due to the nature of this testing being random I don't think anyone here is able to change which accounts receive what features. However, perhaps @QueenMiaor our superstars @Pummy_Raj or @firebombmarkus could shed more light on this?

Hi @Tere-2 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 As @SeraphicStar and @mysticalmysty perfectly said it's a part of A/B test and there is not much to do but wait.
