I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to progress after passing level # 540. This is a known issue that is affecting some players with an unknown cause.
If you are playing on Mobile device, please follow these following trouble-shooters: 1) Clear the cache (and cookies if playing on PC); 2) Make sure there is enough free space on the device memory (minimum 2 GB required); 3) Make sure the game is up to date with all the available "Updates"; 4) As the last resort, try deleting & reinstalling the App.
