I purchased 10 gold bars to add 5 extra moves to finish a level I was playing. The purchase went through but the offer page froze and I had to refresh my browser page. I did not get to use my 5 extra moves. I did however receive the 10 gold bars. Is it possible to have my money refunded and have the 10 gold bars removed from my account?
