I have a week trying to connect my candy crush friends to may Facebook because I chance my phone and so want to get my progress, but Is connected with an other Facebook account that is in my phone... what can I do? heeeelp!!! I want to play

Log out candy crush friends saga
Restart device
Open Facebook app & login ( which is game account)
Open game & click button " save your progress" or see here
