Why my Candy Crush Friends account can’t link to my Facebook

I have a week trying to connect my candy crush friends to may Facebook because I chance my phone and so want to get my progress, but Is connected with an other Facebook account that is in my phone... what can I do?

I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say thank you for joining the King community forum 🙏🏻

1. Reset or uninstall  the Facebook app to the new device
2. Log out candy crush friends saga
3. Restart device  
4. Open Facebook app & login ( which is game account)
5. Open game & click button " save your progress" or see here
