Is this a glitch on level 1331?

@QueenMia I was just tagged in someone's Facebook group reporting a glitch on this level.  I will put the print screen below.  Three players posted similar print screens in that group.  They have to clear 42 octopus.  They have 41 but look at the board, where is the 42nd?

Realised that this level is on Windows 10 for now. We could replicate the issue so we sent it straight away to our game Studio.

Hopefully, that can be solved quickly but as usual, can't promise on any ETA. Will keep you posted! Really sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi @CarLaH - welcome to our friendly community!! I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. I’m not quite that far in CC Friends so I have not seen this issue. Can you please take a screen shot of the board when you’ve cleared the 41? Also please confirm what type of platform you play via - PC or mobile (IOS or Android)?

Hopefully we can solve this for you quickly and back on your way 😁🙏🏻

Would you be able to get more info and ask these players to come and post more details here, please? We'd need to know what kind of devices this is happening with and game version. Some Game Ids would also be useful

The same problem in Windows 10 app. And the game gets frozen and you can't make any move.

Hi @palvar, the studio was notified about this so we have to wait for them to fix it.

The players also wrote in that Facebook group letting us know it was fixed.  Please tell our wonderful studio that Elsa gives a big THANK YOU for fixing it so quickly.
