I ppurchased a piggy bank in candy crush friends. Did not recieve it. How do I get refund

Click on that link --> then scroll down --> The option "King.Com" is located above to "Did you receive the Purchase but you couldn't use it"..... below is a pic for better understanding.  I have pointed with Arrows for your reference where it is located...



Go to the link above and click on “here” in Green letters to contact King Support team — I have circled it in above pic 👆👆to show you.

I dont see that option. Nor do I see the report a problem on my receipt. Needless to say I am very disappointed and will not be purchasing ever again

It is asking me to choose a game and cc friends is not one of the games listed and it wont let me move on without making that selection. Again very inhappy

Hi @mwean, Candy Friends is the 7th Option from the top... It is in between Candy Crush Saga & Candy Jelly Saga (the games are listed in alphabetical order)

It only shows me 3 games and candy crush is not one of them
