Click on that link --> then scroll down --> The option "King.Com" is located above to "Did you receive the Purchase but you couldn't use it"..... below is a pic for better understanding. I have pointed with Arrows for your reference where it is located...
Go to the link above and click on “here” in Green letters to contact King Support team — I have circled it in above pic 👆👆to show you.
