Can not pick up the gift showed at the screen.

When i click on the gift, it is always showing a message saying: OPS something happened. Try again “. Ive tried 200 hundreds and nothing. What is wrong?

Hi @dkprado3 welcome to the community.  I think the gift your are referring to is the level reward.  To get it you will need to clear that square with candies and then win the level.  If you do not clear the square with the candy and win the level you do not get the gift.  Hope this helps.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issue with collecting the gifts!!  Is it happening with all the gifts -- the Daily reward, Quest Reward and Level Reward OR with only a specific gift?  

What device are you using to play the game?  You can try some basic trouble-shooters and see if they help with the issue!!

Thanks for trying to help.  No it is only this one.  The others are ok.  It is not the normal giftw but the one which appears on the screen.  A small package below the the hearth informing the Numbers of life. 
It is a IPhone 7.

That’s so interesting @dkprado3 because I never see that gift box popping up on my game on the screen like that, so it could be a glitch, but I’m not sure 🤔

I have the same issue. I cannot click on it. It mentions connections issues. The same thing appears on my screen.
