Level 614 - Glitch - Yeti not throwing package

I have been stuck on Level 614. There appears to be a glitch where Yeti does not throw the package when the 12 cyan candies are collected. The present (I’m in the Santa costume) just floats and nothing happens. I have a screen shot if that helps. Thank you.

Please make sure to clear cache and cookies and to update to the latest version, that usually solve any issues like this. We've tested Yeti on several levels, including levels 614 and 855 and he was throwing presents as usual.

If that should happen again, please take a recording of it as that would help us to investigate!

So, I started up a game, on level 855 specifically, and select Yeti, Santa Yeti to be exact.

And experienced the most peculiar bug.

Yeti would go Ho Ho Ho, have the present in his hands, and when I collected enough blue candies to trigger the toss, nothing.

The wrapped candy would just magically appear on the screen.

I restarted my tablet, and same thing.

I checked with other characters available, Wasted Rabbit was normal, and Pointy Horse was normal, just Yeti had magic happening.

And after the magic happened, the present would stay floating in front of him.

Joy, need to screen capture this.

Started my screen capture, and, Le Sigh, the bug vanished.

Bummer.

hi all! My account has been incorrectly flagged as underage and I’m forced onto a lite version. It’s connected to my Facebook and DOB is correct there. I’ve been messaging support but keep getting emails only saying that as I am underage there are restrictions. How can I get this corrected?
