Yes, you will have to pay each time you would like to buy those Gold Bars. You have received the 30 Gold Bars when you paid $3.99 last time. It would be the same whenever you would like to buy again!
Actually, we are not winning those Gold Bars.... the Piggy Bank converts the Stars we gained on the levels we won, into Gold Bars and stores them. Whenever it is full, we will be asked to buy them at a discounted price. It is completely up to us to decide whether to buy them or not AND it is not a must purchase option!
