Hi @bt1959 - welcome to the community. Can you be more specific? Do you mean you are not getting the daily gift box? Also - what platform are you playing on and are you playing thru King or FB? If you provide a bit more information, we can hopefully help you out.0

I play this game daily and my daily gift box opens each day but it's always one thing inside. Even the largest box which usually gifts up to 6. I am playing thru FB on my Galaxy J7 Star phone.0
