How do i get my progress back?

I had to switch phones and i had a king account on my game but when i signed in on my new phone my progress never came up

Hi @Dulce95 - welcome to our friendly community. Please see the attached link where you can report this via the form to fill out and they should be able to restore it for you as long as you had the King ID beforehand.
