I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  I received an update today on my iPad and have the same problem!!   I have informed the Community Manager about this issue

I updated today as well, which is when the problem started for me also.

I updated last night for the bubblegum troll and I too am watching the videos but not receiving the bonus life 😔

There seems to be an issue with it, indeed, and our Team is currently looking into it. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. I'll update you as soon as I have some news.

I’m having the same problem with not receiving extra lives after watching the videos. This has happened multiple times in almost a week each day. My user ID 9975709199
