It's great to see you again!
There's a Big feature called achievements! 
 

Each every character have his own achievement and after you've complete all achievements for one character you will be getting a silver, gold and Rainbow look of the default skin of the character!

Unfortunately this feature is not came out for everyone yet including myself! It's only out for minimum of players so it could be coming to you and everyone in the future updates so stay tuned for it!

I believe as was said above by @MightyWolf15 only a small portion of players have this feature available in their game. 🤔

The game studio occasionally tests out new features by releasing them to small sample sizes of players. This is to determine whether or not to release these features to everyone.

Only time will tell if this particular feature is released to everyone, but if it is I'm sure Windows 10 players will get it as well
