I am sorry to hear that you have not received the Gold Bars from your Piggy Bank!! 

Can you please clarify something for me?  By any chance, did you receive a Piggy Bank full of Gold Bars for free before you spent $2.99?  Can you also please post a screenshot of your Piggy Bank?
