I am sorry to hear that your game is freezing!!  Usually, when we experience Freezing OR Crashing of the game Apps, some basic troubleshooting steps will always work  

Can you tell me what device you are using to play the game, so that I can give the accurate link for you to follow?

I have a iPhone 8.  It’s not only been that lvl but other lvls

Please try these trouble shooting steps specified for iOS devices  https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/246638/is-your-game-crashing-on-an-ios-device

** Try all of the steps except "Delete & Reinstall the App".  Because this step will delete all your stored up boosters and the King team will not be able to reimburse them UNLESS they are bought by real money.
