Level 357 keeps clearing everything but it doesn't scroll down. I've wasted premiums on this. Plea

Check your game app update > Log out game > Restart your device > Log in again & check.
If still same problem then Clear App Cache. It will help you delete the unnecessary app cache that causes the crash. Go to Settings > Apps /Application manager > Choose the app candy crush friends saga > Tap Clear cache option.

Can you tell me what device you are using to play the game?  We can try  some troubleshooting steps and see if it resolves the issue!!
