Unable to open the Odus challenge prize box. Twice.

Hi, I’m in the Odus challenge for the second time. For the last one, i saw Odus telling me I’ve completed ten quests, A box appeared on the left side of the game screen, and when I click it, there’s a message saying the connection ended in error, and i should return to the homepage to click again. And now that I possibly completed ten quests for the second time, the box is adorned with a number 2. But if I click it, the same message appears. Could you tell me what’s wrong? Ah, and I have not been able to log in to my account, nor sign up because of connection errors. How that is possible? Please help me.

You should try to take a screenshot so King can see the problem. My guess is the Odus challenge is limited to celebrate a few player which maybe why you couldn't play. Check your connection in your Wi-Fi.

Thank you for advice. The thing is I played Odus challenge and completed 10 quests (at least, once for sure) but the box doesn’t work on my game screen. And I don’t have any wi-fi connection problem. 

I’m posting two screenshots, the second one is the message I receive every time I try to open it (says ERROR. Some unknown error have occurred. You should go back to the map and tap again the gift box icon).
