Should level 1687 have 20 or 30 moves?

I’ve been stuck on Candy Crush Friends level1687. I went to YouTube to watch a video for help. The video had 30 moves but I only have 20. How many should I have?

I did only have 20 moves. I had been stuck for a day or so. Right after posting my question, I beat the level on my 20th and last move. Thanks for responding!
