Haven't gotten prizes from Odus Challenge Twice now & ..

I've done 10 quests both times for the Odus Challenge now & both times I haven't gotten anything for it. No lollipops. Nothing. It shows the gift icon but I click it and it says I'm not connected & to try again Later. Every time I try it just says the same thing. & I am connected to the internet!
Also any time I'm playing a level at the end where it says play on for 10 coins if I ever decide I want to do that, I click on it, it says the same thing. That I'm not connected to the internet. I try it like 6 times in a row then give up. It's been like that since I downloaded the game! I've kinda just delt with it but can we fix this please?!

I haven’t recieved my prizes from the Odus challenge either. Have they given you your prizes yet?0

Not yet. But I only posted that and hour ago. So hopefully both of us get it figured out soon & get our prizes

Thank you for providing the screenshot @Queen_Bee22. It looks like there was interruption with your internet connection!! Did you make sure that the connection is all good?
@KingKhaos, did you see the same "Oops" message above?

I'd love to, but when I click my profile, it tells me to login so I try & it does the same thing. Tells me that my internet isn't connected & to try again later...
which is crazy because I'm obviously on the internet right now & I have mobile data turned on & also, i have NO problems with any other games or apps. My connection is fine for everything else. Just this game has the problem. Its been like this since I downloaded the game but candy crush, farm heroes, & all the other ones I have no problem with. I can't send or get lives either 0
