Hi @muskie3916 - welcome to our friendly community. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had this issue. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the issue and confirm what type of device you play from. Have you tried to clear your cache and cookies recently? If not try that as well as logging out of the game and then powering off your device to make sure everything re-syncs hopefully. Also please make sure your game is up to date with the latest release on your App Store.
Try those and post back how it went! If nothing works and you would like to go with re-installation step, please remember that all your saved up Lollipops will be gone!! Unfortunately, loosing our saved up boosters and Lives from friends is a side affect with this step.
