Missing purchase

I contacted support and they are asking me to log in and click purchases and give them the purchase ID number. Where is this?

    Hello @jacidc, Hearty Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community :) 

    I hope you have kept the Purchase Receipt safely!!  I have not made a purchase as of now!!  But, I am sure when the Support Team is asking you for the Purchase ID, you would find it on that receipt!  Check those receipt(s) carefully and find the number!  

    I will tag my friend @mysticalmysty to give you more insight as he does purchase items in the game and would know more about this!
