For those not able to participate in the event with Rachel will the character be added to the game after the event is over? Sue people will be able to get the character anyway? I always feel bad for people who can't participate in the event due to the fact that it's limited to a certain number of players.

That's a very good question and I totally understand your concern. The Studio is looking at ways to bring these events and characters to players who missed it. Its too early to say when nor how but that something we are aware of and want to make sure all players can enjoy the game to the max!
