Oh my!!! That is very sad and does not sound right
Especially, since the event is ending in few hours!!!
By any chance, did you take screenshots of the progress of your Star Chaser? If you did, you do not have to worry at all as the Team can take care of it
If you have not taken any screenshots of the progress, then I am not sure how they can help you!!!
In the mean time, keep trying to gain as many stars as possible since the time of the event is very less!! The Community Manager for Friends will be back tomorrow! We can request what they can do for you!!
