Hi @jots73 - welcome to our friendly community. Did you purchase the piggy bank? If so there is a ‘trouble with purchase’ link to follow and contact player support. If not the GB are not free. They are an incentive to purchase at a lower price than normal via the store. Hope that helps 🙏🏻

I did purchase for £3.99 on 3rd November. I have also used trouble with purchase link. I'm disappointed that no one is getting back to me
